We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, internal coordination, and office operations. The role supports smooth functioning across departments and ensures internal compliance with systems and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic documentation, data entry, and coordination with vendors and staff
  • Manage office supplies, billing, and petty cash
  • Assist in HR tasks like attendance tracking and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate between departments and ensure timely task completion
  • Maintain proper records and handle internal reporting

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Administration background preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and time management abilities

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles
  • Candidates with agency or IT company background preferred
